Ordered my Jacket on line at 3.00pm on Friday afternoon (Free Delivery) expected it might arrive by the following Monday or Tuesday at the earliest given it was the lead up to Christmas. Got a Text later that day advising it would be delivered next day (Saturday) between 1.00pm & 2.00pm Jacket arrived at 1.15pm nicely boxed and packaged. Would definitely use Triad again especially if you can next day delivery Free of Charge, including on this occasion a Saturday. Great all round service. Satisfied Customer Nottingham.
