This was my first time ordering from Triads and won't be my last. Shipping was fast considering I live in the U.S. The boots that I ordered are perfect (Diemme Roccia Due). I got them on sale and the Triads customer service team helped me pick the right size and they surprisingly fit me perfectly the first time (not something that happens a lot when you order brands you've never worn before online).
