First time I have used your website and was very impressed by the ease of use and then the prompt delivery was fabulous.
My only bit of concern was the courier left the parcel hanging out of the letterbox for the world to see - my instructions were to leave in the porch as a safe place but that I expected it could fit through our letter box. Instead he tried to post it through but left it hanging on full exposure. Luckily it was there when I got home.
