AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Cannot rate these guys low enough. Ordered an item which I never received. Constantly in touch with the company to sort it out, Weeks later still no further forward. No item and out of pocket paying for something I don't have. Terrible customer service with everyone I dealt with regarding the order. I've also had a look online and seems to be a common problem with this company, Taking peoples money and not supplying them with the product they ordered. Many companies out there with the same brand list as Triads, I'd advise looking elseware before choosing them. All round worst shopping experience. Utter rubbish!
