I rate Triads very good! It was the currier service they use that were extremely rude when i was asking for a redelivery.
The customer service at triads was also excellent. The gentleman I spoke to called me straight back once the issue was resolved and also supplied me with an email to confirm the changes/solution. The speed of the solution was very good also.
