Catalog on items is excellent, price was excellent, shipping time was very reasonable, my item arrived in perfect condition and was packed well. Communication however was not well. Emails and online contact form were filled out with questions and I never received any responses. Called the online ordering phone number multiple times and the voicemail box was full and no one ever answered. After calling one of the two retail locations, I was able to get answers to my questions before ordering.
