I bought a pair of shoes and when I got them I decided they wernt what I wanted so I look on the website to find out about returns. It was not very clear how and I needed to request a code for returning it. I rang up and the people on the phones were lazy, very lacklustre to tell me anything. I was asking loads of questions to one word answers from the people on the phones. All in all, terrible customer service. For example I rang up and asked for a pre paid label to emailed to me he said he sent it. Next day and I have no email so I ring back up and he tells me"You might as well go to a post office and get one yourself". Terrible service and now I need to go to a post office and probably pay for a label to return these shoes.
