Ordered a ring for my man's birthday - amazing quality, he absolutely loved it but unfortunately, it wasn't the right size. Posted it back (international) and refund (as didn't have correct size in stock) was processed quickly without me having to chase up anything! Was very impressed with their customer service and will not hesitate ordering from them again due to quality of products and service!
