From the first phone call to the final delivery, Trifibre’s customer service was spot on. I spoke with Lorna Budd who was very polite and professional regarding my custom order requirements, she was very helpful. There was no waiting around like others where the phone rings for ever then your directed to various options that don’t apply, the call was answered and dealt with immediately. Regards to the case, it’s well made and fits my lights perfectly. Delivery was on a Saturday so I was able to receive it at home with no fuss. 10 out of 10. Well done.
