Have had an ISA and online saver account with Triodos for a number of years now. Originally signed up due to ethical credentials, and always found them to be very helpful and responsive. The online banking site is the best I've used, very user friendly with all the info you need, also informs you if you are close to your withdrawal limit so you don't get caught out by unexpected fees. It's not patronising or over simplified like other banking sites - just honest and helpful. Would highly recommend.
