The customer service didn't help at all in finding solutions about identity verification. I mentioned different options but the only answer was or "this is not in the list so I am not sure, you could send and then we check" or "we are very strict about ID verification". I have still to receive a feedback to the documents I submitted but regardless of the outcome they seem to be more focused on creating walls (barriers to entry) to new customers rather then welcoming them and making and on-boarding process smooth.
