I really hardly remember my last contact with Triodos, and so I think it must have been satisfactory. I can bear a grudge quite easily, and so would probably have remembered if there had been any big problem.
I can't remember if you are one of the many organisations that play muzak when clients telephoning are waiting for a reply. If you are, please note that muzak drives me mad! If I am phoning my bank, I am THINKING, and do not want muzak which just annoys me!
