I ordered two matching items on the sale but only one arrived because I received an email saying that the other item was out of stock. When I wrote back to ask why when I ordered it was shown as in stock I received a response that I could order it if I like again. I realised that the item was actually never out of stock but available on full price (50% more). The customer service response was really unsatisfactory. I don't think that I will ever shop from them again. The only reason I ordered from the site was because I found this really nice matching set on sale, now I am left with half of my order and my only choice is to return the order.
