I booked 3 rooms last year for family and friends ti attend a special event. Despite receiving confirmation and booking refs , one on the rooms was cancelled days before sending the whole gathering into stress and disarray.
Weekend ruined family unable to be together a mess.
Would never use again nor would our very wide circle of friends and family.
