It's quite simple to invest, but it's so hard to get your money back that you begin to doubt the legitimacy of the website. The personal advisor is no longer available, and the phone is "no longer functioning." I've had a really bad experience so far, and email contact is incredibly delayed. Until S I M O N C H *C O M intervenes and swiftly receives my reimbursement, unforeseen additional processes that I was not previously aware of and that require further costs and fees remain unsolved.
