Trophies failed to arrive in time for my awards evening, despite the order being placed a month in advance with the date required put on the order. Have attempted to contact 25 times (5 before, only once was the phone answered, and no useful information given, and 20 times since), so I believe they are actively avoiding me. Very unhappy, will not be using again!
