Fantastic service!! Ordered online on Thursday for a Friday despatch and Saturday B4 1pm delivery. User error on my part made the wrong delivery week, quick phone call and the guys at Tropical Supplies corrected my error. Had several text confirmations before despatch, including one from me asked to amend the order slightly, not a fuss from them and order was amended 😊 Has a message from Tropical Supplies 3 hours ahead of the delivery slot to say the courier van ​being used had broken down, but they were transfering goods into another van to uphold​ their delivery promise. Box arrived just past original delivery time The packaging was the best I've ever seen, they could have played a 5 a-side game of football and I'm sure the contents would have still been intact, the packaging department went the extra mile, obvious care and attention was made for shipping.
