I loved working with Terry. He was very on top of the process and was very capable of handling some unexpected events that came our way. I loved that he was easy to reach via text and very accommodating with my schedule. I felt like he truly cared about my feelings during this process. He is very intelligent and I think dumbing down the process for me and my family was a bit challenging for him, but he preserved and kept trying till we seemed to understand it. The amount of patience (especially towards my aunt) he had was truly admirable.
