I have submitted the apeal for a p2p order. The bank server got stuck and payment got stuck . The seller later has also confirmed that he has received the money from my side in trubluefx chat . But it's been 10 days and trubluefx pathetic customer service is not replying,not even there live chat is working .. worst app ever, I eventually got my money out yesterday tho with the help of the best chargeback company ever.
