A user filed appeal on p2p and asset was released to him.. I disputed the appeal and the other user confirmed payment after like a day. Now, CS has been informed on chat that payment has been received and should proceed to release asset to me, today is the 10th day, CS failed to respond.. 10 days, appeal is still open with no CS to release usdt .
