Really friendly staff and super helpful. The first blazer that I ordered was slim fit and didn't fit me well. I contacted the shop who were able to recommend alternatives for my measurements. Easy exchange with a fast turnaround. Excellent customer service. Really happy with the replacement jacket, its a beautiful cut and the fabric feels amazing.
