First time I have purchased fromTru Clothing. I bought a Marc Darcy Suit that I had seen exactly a year ago at the suit shop / suits direct at Cheshire Oaks… should have bought it then as it was £249 … it’s been out of stock but suddenly appears on Tru clothing only it’s now £294.99 ouch !!First off if I am spending that amount of money on a suit I expect the suit to come in a proper suit carrier. Secondly it was mearly placed and folded into a plastic shipping bag, it should have been in a suit carrier placed inside a box.At this point I am still unsure if I am keeping the suit, the jacket and waist coat are lovely but the trousers are 2nd rate thin tweed not impressed. I spend a lot of money on suits for work I have nearly 20 ! So I expect quality and can honestly say I am getting less for my money and having to pay moreAs a suggestion going forward if a suit costs more than £150 please go the extra mile and put it in a suit carrier ( they aren’t dear… literally pennies !), I am surprised Marc Darcy don’t sell their suits with branded suit carriers already…and please ship the suits in a box rather than polythene bags. It just shows that extra care and attention, and it also shows your committed to the environment with a recyclable box ! rather than land fill plastic …
