Although I sent the coat back as it was the wrong size, they as a company done everything right, they immediately emailed labels and as soon as they received it back, they issued a refund no messing about my only worry is the sizing as I ordered a X-LARGE which is my size a 42 chest but it was too tight so perhaps I should have ordered a size up but nice coat even though it didn’t fit
