The online store has different management to the in house store. I’d been searching for a suit for three weeks, as i couldn’t get the correct waist size.Found Tru clothing online and put in an order over the phone, so i could mix and match trouser/Chest size i.e 50 chest with 46 waist rather than 44.I needed this package as the wedding was in 8 days. They put the wrong address in, then when i called to amend after i didnt recieve my suit after three days (DPD kept saying i missed my parcel), they told me it was my fault. The suit then came and the trouser size was 44 after i had clearly ordered 46. I called up again and i was told they didnt have 46 or anything higher…their best advice for me was to travel one hour away to try and get it amended.In store Mo was very helpful, however i wasnt able to get a suit in the end.
