Poor quality boots that were much too narrow for average foot, and utterly reeked of plastic (PU uppers), indicating poor quality product.
Return was fairly simple, though communications were perfunctory at best.
When refund was made, original P&P wasn’t refunded. When complaint made, apology was forthcoming, and refund made.
I would certainly give TruClothing another try, but would be much more careful in the selection of my choice of purchase!
