My online order went smoothly although I didn't want the extra shipping protection at £3.75 and wasn't able to remove it from my order which was very frustrating.
My order arrived quickly, which was good, but it was sent from a different company, and when I checked their website, the boots I had ordered were £15.01 cheaper.
So with the £3.75 shipping protection added onto the £15.01, I feel very annoyed that I ended up paying £18.76 more from TruClothing. It is for that reason that I have only given a 2 star review.
