Suit arrived as promised next day delivery, unfortunately they had sent the wrong size trousers. A quick call and we arranged for the correct size to be sent next day delivery, all tracked and arrived in time for my event that day!! The suit itself was great, good quality lovely style, glad I read some reviews before ordering that said go up a size in the jacket though! I would like to praise the lady I spoke to about the trouser size issue, she was brilliant, very apologetic and sorted the issue out giving confirmation along the way. Fantastic customer service, I cannot give any less than 5stars as the customer service sorting the issue out was fantastic!
