The suit arrived, a lovley quality suit. We paid £10 to upgrade to suit pants to a size 34inch waist, the packaging person decided to overwrite the instructions on their packing invoice and lie by crossing out size 32inch and saying they're size 34inch. If we thought 32 inch would fit we would have ordered 32inch, and not for them to decide. Also the sleeve has a random dark chrome bottom on that doesn't match anything else and is dangling off. When sending items of clothing out like this Quality control shoukd be of the highest standard. Tried to issue a return within a week of receiving the suit and saying its not within the 30 days return policy. If this is the way business is done knowingly sending items bought in good faith and making it awkward to make return. We can not afford to be out of pocket and had to now go out and buy another suit from Next. which we should have done in the 1st place.
