You pay for convenience, and True Sons is as convenient as it gets. The masculine approach is validating, and the mousse-based application is so easy! I line my borders with Vaseline, and apply. The activator gives a darker, richer, longer lasting outcome. Sometimes I go without for a more worn look. Kind of like Hot Date = activator and day-to-day = sans activator. Absolutely love the product.
