I followed the instructions of how to order the right color... being advised, also, that it would look natural. This product is not easy or fun to deal with and it stained my face under my beard making me look like I rubbed charcoal all over my beard/face. And, even using stain remover, it was still really bad. You'd have thought I bought your blackest black color, but I got the dark brown - based upon using the recommendation of what I usually use with Just for Men Shades of Gray. I cannot bring myself to try it again.
