Recently ordered for the second time fresh summer truffles. In the second batch, one of the two truffles had turned bad - tasted of mold most of the way through (whilst the other was fine). Reached out to customer service with photos and they refunded me quickly with an apology - no questions asked. Excellent customer service! Thank you - will be ordering again soon.
