TruffleHunter themselves provide really good quality products, but on the last two occasions I have bought from them, they have been very badly let down by DHL, with late deliveries and lost packages. TruffleHunter have been very honourable and compensated me generously for any inconvenience or disappointment, but unreliable deliveries make one think twice about using the service.
