The product looks fine but the packaging was inadequate - it arrived in a Jiffy bag so the voucher was bent and the cardboard was ripped on the truffle shaver packaging. Not ideal as they’re both gifts. It’s not a big deal obviously - just packaging, but it kind of makes a difference when you’re spending a lot of money!
