The quality of the truffle was very disappointing. After paying £25 I expected it to have some flavour. I grated over eggs and really couldn’t taste it, unfortunately the smell / odour was very weak also. I stored it in the correct way following the guidelines and tasted it a day after receiving it. To be honest I felt very let down and can not understand based on this truffle why everyone raves. I have had truffle infused oil etc which have had a fabulous flavour
