I purchased an item from the website in the hopes it would arrive in time to be included in a birthday gift hamper. I was provided a Royal Mail tracking number that never updated and after a week called to speak to someone. I was advised there seemed to be some logistic issue but they could see my order. I asked for a refund and was told I would be called or emailed. This is after I had already sent an email to customer service with no response. Following the call I made, I received a generic email the next day advising my order had been closed. Thankfully I received a refund within 48hrs but what a horrible experience. I won’t be using them again.
