The truffle dust is beyond expectations…very tasty with avocado on buttered sourdough and salad. The distinctive fragrance is mouth watering and adds a luxurious feel to Sunday brunch with our overseas visitors from Hong Kong. Highly recommend this and you only need a light dusting for the full flavour. Good value for money and the jar should keep it fresh for a long time.
