I was finding it very hard to understand what makes one turmeric product good but another one not good because all these brands like to use very scientific words on their websites and that’s where they lost me. I am well aware of the benefits so I wanted to make sure I found a good one so I was glad to read more about the different strengths and turmeric extraxct vs powder turmeric.
