My family and I have been taking BioKult for years because it is always recommended to us and readily available in Boots, but I was never able to get rid of my tummy issues and now I understand why. It’s important to read reviews like this before buying and I wish I had read it sooner. I have now switched my probiotic and feeling a million times better.
