I tried to withdraw money for months on end, but I was never successful. I wrote customer service multiple emails, but I never heard back. I was upset to learn that I had been duped and had lost my money. Thank goodness, C O N C E P T S T R D.C O.M. stepped in and assisted me in getting my money back from these con artists.
