I was very unhappy as the hoodie I ordered two week before my niece's birthday didn't arrive - thanks to lousy Royal Mail. T-Shirt Studio couldn't have been more helpful and sent out a replacement which arrived the next day. I was very disappointed the original order didn't arrive on time, but I am impressed with the company's reaction and response. Royal Mail are awful however - but so are all delivery companies!
