I ordered two mugs and both arrived with substandard print quality. On both, the lines were fuzzy/blurry, and on the other, the perfectly circular shape my image was contained within was squashed to form an ellipse shape (and no, it's not an optical illusion). I have resorted to looking into investing in my own sublimation/heat press equipment so I have better control of product quality. The tee shirt I bought looked like it had been kicked around the factory floor before being packaged up as it was covered in brown dirt and fluff. Really disappointing as I had heard great things about the T Shirt Studio.
