With my first design I asked that the width should be 35 cm wide. T-shirt studio replied that the maximum was 28 cm wide. As far as I could see there was no way to change the design without cancelling this order which I did. I reordered with a different design and it came out beautifully.it's important that you check the measurement of the t-shirt which I did and the shirt measurement was correct.
