From going online and doing the design, the order was accepted and I paid as you would. They contacted me four days later with a problem ( could I contact them). Well having called the number over 20 times and holding on for ever with there is one ahead of you you are caller one. Phone never answered to this day. Emails replied to after days gone by. The six baseball caps turned up with the poorest stitching I have ever seen that actually touched lines together with bits of letters missing. Tried calling no answer. They went in the bin next morning. Zero quality and zero customer respect or communication. Complete waste of £70. I you want merchandise find another company. Still waiting for a call back and never had one. Aweful company full stop
