T-shirt’s arrived with print in the wrong place, the mock up on the website did not match the positioning of the T-shirt’s we received.
Customer services offered to either refund or replace the T-shirts (correctly printed, in time for an event they were for), which was appreciated and I chose for them to send new ones, however they never arrived and now their customer service team are no longer responding to my request for a refund.
Avoid.
