The speed of production was commendable and the customer help line very responsive and easy to reach.
I however have these complaints:
1. The hoodie I ordered was 20+ in quantity and I chose black. But the material looked a bit jaded, an odd colour, kind of like it was sun-bleached
2. The print was sharp and clear. But I would rather there was an option to chose laminated print in order to give it more protection during washing.
