Im still waiting for customer service to get back to me a week later! The mugs were smashed in my delivery and despite ordering 2 sizes bigger the t-shirt I ordered is absolutely tiny and wouldn't fit a child. You say you pride yourselves on your high level of customer service? I'm still waiting...
