Right from the start... Tucan Travel provided detailed, hands on service with promptness. They were very kind to go through every aspect of the tour and allow me to create a visual of what was to be expected. Even better, my expectations were surpassed on my trip!
From the tour leader, accommodation and transportation, it all flowed smoothly and at a pace that was reasonable.
