I went on the Nairobi to Vic Falls tour. We went over Christmas and the tour leader went to extra effort to arrange a special Christmas Day meal and presents, she really went above and beyond. The itinerary is fine and the inclusions make the trip good value. We had a few issues with the truck, but nothing that the driver couldn't fix on the road.
