For 8 weeks I travelled with Tucan in South America. I had 3 different tour leaders and neither one was helpful, informative or really cared about you, in fact they were really rude at times, to them It was just a job that they wanted to get over and down with. On the journey I was in contact with people from another tour company and the comparison was hugely different, you could see it was more friendly and professional. If Tucan continues to give huge discounts than it does become a basement style tour and company, although when I traveled I paid full price, very disappointing trip
