We had a tour guide who had never been to the places we were going to. He told us nothing about the places we arrived to or the optional activities. The accommodation was rarely centrally located. At one point he took pleasure in two passengers believing they had missed their train. We felt there was no advantage in using a Tucan tour and we would have been better off traveling independently.
